Acer H5360 review

When it comes to stereoscopic 3D, we've got a bit of a soft spot for the Acer H5360. It was our first taste of a 3D product that actually had us tempted to take the plunge

Supports 3D ; 120Hz gives fluid 2D ; Decent picture quality ; Price

Could be a bit bright for some

Acer H5360BD review

Acer's latest entry-level 3D home cinema projector is ideal for a bedroom or any room where you don't want a huge projector. At less than 10cm deep, you should have no trouble finding a space for the H5360BD on a bookshelf or sideboard. Unfortunately...

3D support and a very low price make this a great little projector if you can live without 1080p

Acer H5360BD

The Acer H5360BD is a 3D projector for under £500. No, honestly, it is. So what's the catch?

Crosstalk-free 3D ; Incredibly cheap ; Surprisingly decent 2D pictures

Rainbow effect ; Lack of black level in 2D ; Runs a bit noisily in 3D mode

There’s lots to explore in the projector’s onscreen menus, too. For starters, there’s a helpful series of themed picture presets, including Dark Cinema, Movie, Game and Sports modes. In further recognition of the casual circumstances the H5360BD is...

Acer H5360

Acer has made this projector PC 3D ready. It has inputs for HDMI and Component video without the need for special adapters. Most projectors sold today only provide the typical VGA input and the user must purchase an adapter for displaying component video

Remote control and control panel are all in one

Acer H5360 3D projector

Affordable, super-bright and crystal clear DLP projector that supports Nvidia 3D Vision.

The H5360 is a very good 720p widescreen portable projector that produces fabulous images, including terrific 3D Vision performance. However, after all the song and dance about 3D readiness, we could have done without the trip to Maplins in the pouring...

Acer H5360 Review

The Acer H5360 is an inexpensive 720p home theater projector that delivers a bright, high impact image, and a big-screen 3D experience for under $700.

Acer H5360

Overall, the Acer H5360 720p system is very affordable and offers a good image, almost comparable to the other home theater projectors we looked at. The 1080p resizing isn't as great as it sounds, but it still delivers a great picture at 720p native...

Affordable price. It's the only projector that supports 3D

Resizes 720p to 1080p with little success; projector is loud

An affordable unit that supports 720p and 3D.

Projector wont last

I bought this projector about 6 months ago for my kids to play video games and watch movies and after about 800 hrs of trouble-free use the projector, it started giving an intermittent 'colorwheel failure' message that wouldn't allow it to start up....

Bright vivid colors. Low price. HDMI input

Lack of an air filter. Poor customer service and customer support. If this is your first projector make sure you're not sensitive to the rainbow effect that DLP projectors produce
